Machine Introduction
The optical curve grinder is used to grind precision and complex profiles, including straight lines, arcs, and curves. It reflects the shape of the processed curve through the refraction of light, and can be used to process high-precision parts such as grooves, internal and external radii, and cutting tools with complex shapes and high dimensional requirements. During the grinding process, the images of the workpiece and the grinding wheel can be magnified 1 - 150 times by the ultra-high-definition CCD vision system and displayed on the high-definition touch screen. When working, the operator can observe the processing situation of the grinding wheel along the workpiece profile on the screen at any time, compare it with the imported CAD graphics, observe the processing situation online, and manually interrupt or compensate the processing program (for example, compensation and modification can be carried out in a timely manner in case of factors such as grinding wheel wear, material, and feed rate). This ensures that the processed sample profile is consistent with the CAD graphics. After processing, the workpiece can also be inspected through inspection software, which is intuitive and clear. Whether during the processing or after completion, it is possible to observe, check, and correct deviations in a timely manner, and the quality of the processed sample can be known without additional inspection.
Machine Configuration
1. High-quality castings shall be used for equipment bed, connecting parts, lifting platforms and other components. These castings shall be stress-relieved by annealing and aging treatment. The castings shall be reasonably calculated and optimized in design, with a reasonable combination of structural strength and stiffeners to provide high-rigidity mechanical support.
2. Well-known brand ball screws and guide rails shall be adopted, and a full-closed loop 0.0001mm grating scale shall be used for measurement to ensure axial operation accuracy and ensure that the processing accuracy is ≤ ±0.002mm.
3. A high-speed and high-precision spindle with a speed of 24,000 min⁻¹ shall be adopted.
4. A high-definition CCD vision system with 1 - 150 times physical magnification shall be adopted. Both transmitted light and incident light shall use energy-saving well-known brand LED light sources to ensure an extra-long service life.
5. Import CAD graphics in DXF format, eliminating the need to draw film diagrams separately, which effectively saves costs and simplifies operations.
6. Configure a CNC numerical control processing system, which can perform automatic processing according to the program or manual point tracing operation.
7. Interrupt the program at any time during the processing and correct processing errors at any time.
8. The control system shall be able to achieve 4-axis linkage (2-axis interpolation) automatic processing to improve processing efficiency.
9. Equip with a precision digital display lifting worktable to achieve fine lifting adjustment, and the display screen shows the lifting displacement.
10. Equip with a 0 - 150mm high-speed reciprocating grinding wheel lifting platform with three-angle degree of freedom adjustment.
11. Safety Protection
a) Configure reliable and effective safety protection devices to protect the personal safety of operators. The safety protection devices shall be simple and practical, easy to operate, and shall not excessively increase the size of the machine tool body.
b) Have a system safety integration function to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during operation, unexpected power outages, and other situations.
