CNC Internal Grinder

The IDM series of internal grinding machines are available in 150, 200 and 500 models for different machining applications. The IDM150 model is the most widely used internal grinding machine, with excellent performance of CNC control, it can complete the machining of internal straight holes, internal ends, internal grooves, internal steps, internal fillets, internal tapers, and external ends. It can be equipped with various robotic automation systems for high volume production. The IDM200 series of CNC cylindrical grinding machines have a greatly improved grinding range and variety for longer and deeper holes. The one-piece bed with double V-rail design, together with the software, can fully automate grinding: rough grinding, sanding, finish grinding, and automatic cycle of non-sparking grinding. IDM500 model is designed for extra-large and extra-long workpieces, and the grinding wheel spindle is a one-piece mechanical spindle, which has both high precision and high rigidity. A variety of accessories such as flexible draft, center auxiliary frame, and jigs and fixtures are available depending on the workpiece characteristics. In addition, more functions of the CNC internal grinding machine can be designed and manufactured according to the processing requirements.
