Surface grinding machines include economical small surface grinding machines and high precision CNC surface grinding machines. We have two series of surface grinding machines, SGS saddle series and SGC column series. The SGS series of economical surface grinding machine adopts saddle type structure with small footprint, and the three-axis rail is plasticized hard rail by manual scraping, with high precision and durability. This series of CNC surface grinders offers a wide range of grinding possibilities for groove, pitch, profile, indexing and other grinding needs. SGC series of small surface grinder, the bed adopts one-piece movable column structure, which makes the precision more stable and durable, and the table is designed with full support and independent lubrication of double V-rail. The CNC model is designed to cope with the processing of workpieces with high dimensional requirements. The machine can feed 0.001mm, the operating system with professional grinding software, to meet the needs of different kinds of automatic machining.
