Product Introduction

The HRE Series surface grinder is suitable for precision machining. It features automatic Z-axis feed and variable Y-axis speed control. Dual V-guides enhance stability. The front and rear mainframes utilize a proven, stable T-jointed structure. The column movement allows for independent relative motion between the worktable and carriage. The worktable's left-right reciprocating motion is hydraulically controlled, while the column's forward and backward motion is driven by a stepper motor through a belt-driven ball screw. The grinding head's vertical motion is driven by a stepper motor through a worm gear and upper and lower lead screws.

This machine utilizes a PLC control system and can automatically grind flat surfaces or grooves with a single workpiece setup. It also features automatic and manual grinding wheel feed, fast up and down feed, and magnetic force adjustment.

Design

High Rigidity and Vibration-Resistant Structure

The front and rear mainframes utilize a proven and stable T-jointed structure, offering strong overall rigidity and excellent vibration resistance, ensuring the foundation for high-precision machining.

Stable and Durable Worktable Design

Double V-shaped guideways with a wear-resistant coating run inline with the worktable guideways, ensuring smooth and reliable motion, effectively reducing wear and maintaining long-term high precision.

Smooth and Smooth X-Axis Motion

The X-axis is driven by an independent hydraulic station and dual hydraulic cylinders, achieving smooth and reciprocating motion while minimizing machine tool deformation caused by elevated oil temperatures.

High Rigidity and High Precision Slide Support

The rear mainframe fully supports the slide. Double V-shaped guideways with a wear-resistant coating provide high rigidity and positioning accuracy. Combined with a stepper motor and ball screw, the motion is precise and reliable.

Powerful and Precise Grinding Power

The spindle and motor are directly connected via a coupling, ensuring ample power and high grinding accuracy.

Advanced Z-Axis Feed Control

A stepper motor with a brake and built-in encoder, combined with a worm gear to drive the upper and lower leadscrews, enables manual, automatic, and rapid Z-axis motion to meet diverse machining needs.

Precision assembly ensures precise motion accuracy

The contact surface between the headstock and the upper frame guide rails is manually precision-roughened to improve mechanical fit and precision stability.

An automatic circulating lubrication system

Continuously supplies oil to the guide rails and lead screw, ensuring optimal lubrication of critical areas and extending machine life.

High-quality spindle bearings

Utilizing P4-grade bearings, the spindle core is robust, rigid, durable, and waterproof, extending spindle life and machining stability.

Intelligent PLC electronic control system

PLC control, independent electrical cabinet, and centralized operation panel ensure easy operation. The system features magnetic force adjustment for enhanced machining flexibility and control accuracy.
