Product Introduction
The HRE Series surface grinder is suitable for precision machining. It features automatic Z-axis feed and variable Y-axis speed control. Dual V-guides enhance stability. The front and rear mainframes utilize a proven, stable T-jointed structure. The column movement allows for independent relative motion between the worktable and carriage. The worktable's left-right reciprocating motion is hydraulically controlled, while the column's forward and backward motion is driven by a stepper motor through a belt-driven ball screw. The grinding head's vertical motion is driven by a stepper motor through a worm gear and upper and lower lead screws.
This machine utilizes a PLC control system and can automatically grind flat surfaces or grooves with a single workpiece setup. It also features automatic and manual grinding wheel feed, fast up and down feed, and magnetic force adjustment.
