The structure of this machine is in the form of grinding head moving up and down along the column, with good cooling effect, low energy consumption, low noise, no vibration, and very high efficiency; the table moves left and right, and the drive of the table is driven by ball screw, with smooth feeding and long service life; the refractory material is fixed to the workpiece, which is firmly sucked on the magnetic suction cup, and the machine tool is used for grinding the plane of the workpiece by the end face of the sanding tile or end face of the cylindrical wheel, and the diameter of the sanding tile chuck is larger than the width of the workpiece, the sanding tile chuck will fully cover the workpiece when grinding, and a tool is ground through when grinding, and a special protective wheel cover is used, which effectively prevents the coolant from splashing.

The surface roughness of the workpiece after processing is more than 0.8, and the parallelism of the processed surface to its base surface is within 0.01/1000mm.
