Machine Introduction
CCD optical curve grinder is used to grind precision and complex surfaces, including straight lines, arcs, and curves.By using a CCD high-definition camera to capture high-definition images of the shape of machining curves, high-precision parts such as grooves, inner and outer surfaces, complex shapes, and high dimensional requirements of cutting tools can be machined. During the grinding process, the workpiece and grinding wheel can be physically magnified 0-150 times and secondarily magnified 0-300 times by the CCD control system, and displayed on the screen.During work, the workpiece can be compared by synchronously moving the grinding wheel with the imported CAD graphics. Both rough and fine grinding can be processed by program, making the operation simpler. After processing, the workpiece can also be detected online through the machine's built-in detection software, which is intuitive and clear.
Machine Configuration
1. The main spindle of this machine base is fixed with high-quality HT350 castings, and the casting structure is designed reasonably to ensure high rigidity and stability of the machinery.
2. Adopting imported C3 grade ball screw and pre-tensioning, THK grade guide rail, fully closed-loop 0.0001mm grating ruler feedback to ensure axial operation accuracy.
3. Ultra high precision electric spindle, with a speed range of 0-24000rpm.
4. International advanced CCD vision system, using a 25000000 pixel high-resolution camera with a magnification of 300 times, achieves precise positioning of grinding wheel and workpiece, and completes ultra high precision and complex forming parts grinding and processing.
5. The worktable is driven by a linear motor for smoother reciprocating motion.Wet grinding processing results in higher smoothness.
6. Comes with online detection function, which can real-time detect the dimensional accuracy of processed workpieces from point to point to line to line arc angle radius, etc.
7. The operation is simple and easy to learn, and it can achieve automated processing from rough grinding to fine grinding, effectively saving labor and greatly improving processing efficiency.
8. Adopting a 19 inch touch screen and a specially developed operation control system to achieve intelligent processing.
9. This machine can process complex shaped precision template cam punches, sub cutting tools, forming tools (rollers), non spherical shaped parts, etc. The minimum inner R for processing is 0.03mm, and the outer R angle is 0.02mm. It can be widely used in industries such as national defense, aerospace, shipbuilding, automotive, medical molds, grinding tools, and cutting tools.
