The MB series high-precision CNC vertical honing machine is widely used for honing small and medium-sized mechanical parts, such as automotive parts, sewing machine parts, mechanical gears, mold guides, bearings, oil pump nozzles, damping cylinders, hydraulic valves, and other tubular and disc-shaped parts. The precision after honing can reach IT5 level or above, which meets the requirements for mass production of such parts.
Honing Capabilities
In addition to honing small parts, the machine is effective for honing through holes, blind holes, intermittent holes, and various other parts. By matching the appropriate honing stones to workpieces with different materials and specifications, optimal honing results can be achieved.
Material Compatibility
The machine meets high-standard honing requirements for materials such as cast iron, quenched steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, ceramic materials, stainless steel, nickel plating, and chromium plating.
Operating System And Control Interface
The machine is equipped with an operating touch screen, utilizing menu technology with a dialog interface for honing operations. All parameters can be displayed and freely set through this interface.
Tool Wear Compensation
The control system features a tool wear compensation function with both manual and automatic compensation capabilities, ensuring consistent performance.

CNC System And Program Exchange
The CNC system includes a USB interface, enabling program exchanges between the machine and a computer, as well as external storage of machining programs.
Stroke And Feed Control
Stroke and feed are managed by a "private motor + ball screw" control method, offering a feed system resolution of 0.1μm for precise operation.
Cooling And Filtration System
The machine is equipped with a magnetic separator, paper tape, and oil cooler, ensuring filtration precision of ≤ 25μm. The cooling tank has a capacity of ≥ 300L, and the flow rate is ≥ 100L/min. Additionally, a constant temperature control system for honing oil minimizes the effect of workpiece heating on accuracy.
Lubrication System
A comprehensive lubrication control system is integrated into the machine, with automatic lubrication devices installed on all moving parts to ensure smooth operation.
