Machine Introduction
CNC Vertical grinder is suitable for processing parts with high precision and high surface quality requirements in manufacturing industries such as equipment, bearings, military, energy, aerospace, etc. The goal is to process the inner hole, outer circle, end face, groove and taper surface of disc-shaped, ring-shaped and sleeve-shaped parts.
The machining accuracy level can reach IT3~IT 2, and the surface roughness ≤ Ra0.2. The machine tool is equipped with a left and right double grinding head configuration, with a horizontal grinding head (which can also be a vertical grinding head) mounted on the left slide and a universal grinding head mounted on the right slide, which can be indexed and positioned at will within a range of ±45°. The double grinding head can work simultaneously using the dual-channel function to improve grinding efficiency.
In one clamping, the grinding of the workpiece's bore, external diameter, end face, taper and bearing groove can be achieved. Wheel dressing is carried out by CNC linkage to achieve dressing grinding. Optional functions such as in-process measurement, in-process dynamic balancing, the AE anti-collision system and an automatic wheel magazine improve the quality, efficiency and safety of workpiece machining.
