Machine Introduction
The bed of the surface grinder SGC column series has a one-piece movable column structure, which is more stable and durable. The worktable is a fully supported design with double "V" rails that are independently lubricated. Three axes of hard rails: up and down, front and back, left and right.
The CNC model is suitable for processing workpieces with high dimensional requirements. The machine tool can feed in 0.001 mm increments, and the operating system is equipped with professional grinding software to meet the needs of different types of automatic processing.
Optional A1 up and down axis servo automatic feed.
CNC-1: upper and lower linear guides, double V-shaped hardened guides front and rear, one-axis direct-drive servo.
CNC-2: upper and lower linear guides, double V-shaped hardened guides front and rear, upper and lower front and rear servo automatic, left and right hydraulic automatic.
Optional: two-axis automatic dressing of the grinding wheel head.
