Machine Introduction
It is suitable for pass-through grinding of cylindrical surfaces of all kinds of rings, shafts and tubes and plunge-cut grinding of all kinds of stepped, conical and cylindrical rotating surfaces, etc. The machine is suitable for grinding the cylindrical surfaces of all kinds of rings, shafts and tubes. Grinding diameter range: 0.5mm - 400mm; roundness range 0.001m-0.006mm.Diameter one to one range: 0.002mm - 0.008mm; Roughness range: Ra0.016 - Ra0.64.
Machine Configuration
1. Machine base adopts whole casting structure, after the second aging treatment, completely eliminates the internal stress.
2. This machine is a double-side movement machine, workrest is fixed in the middle of machine bed; the grinding wheelhead is located in the left and upper side of machine bed, against the workrest and move along the bed guideways for feed motion; the regulating wheelhead is located in the right and upper side of machine bed, against the workrest and move along the bed guideways for adjustment motion; independent electric cabinet locate left side of machine; water tank is at the back and right side of the machine and the hydraulic tank is at the back and left side of the machine.
3. Grinding wheel adopts double support structure, which is supported on the oil film bearing with five pieces of short bearing bushes and ball fulcrum. The grinding wheel motor is installed above and back side of the grinding frame, and the motor is transmitted to the grinding wheel spindle through the pulley and coupling.
4. Regulating wheel spindle adopts the double support structure, both front and rear bearings are supported by high precision rolling bearings, good rigidity and precision. The regulating wheel spindle is driven by AC motor through transformer frequency realizes stepless speed regulation.
5. Grinding wheelhead is machine main feed, driven by servo motor through the deceleration mechanism, and rotating via ball screw, so that realized the feed of the grinding wheelhead. The feed guideways adopts the form of static pressure guide to achieve sensitive feed for the machine.
6. Machine control system is Mitsubishi Q. The system is stable and reliable, and the processing parameter input is convenient and simple. With fault self-diagnosis function, easy adjustment and easy maintenance. The system is configured with an electronic handwheel.
7. Machine is equipped with a set of independent lubrication system for the lubrication of grinding spindle.Machine is equipped with an independent hydraulic system for the static pressure guideways of the grinding wheelhead.Machine is equipped with one set of automatic centralized lubrication system for ball screw lubrication.
