Machine Introduction
The 150 model is the most widely used internal hole grinder. It has an excellent CNC numerical control system and can complete the machining of internal straight holes, internal end faces, internal grooves, internal steps, internal fillets, internal tapers, and external end faces. It can be equipped with a mechanical spindle or an electric spindle. In mass production, it can be equipped with a variety of robotic automation systems.
The 200 series has a greatly improved grinding range and variety, and can meet the processing of longer and deeper holes. It adopts a one-piece bed with a double V-track design, and is equipped with grinding software developed by the company for fully automatic grinding: automatic cycles for rough grinding, dressing, fine grinding, and spark-free grinding. A variety of automatic testing devices are available.
The internal grinding machine model is designed for extra-large and extra-long workpieces, and the grinding wheel spindle is a one-piece mechanical spindle that combines high precision with high rigidity. A variety of accessories such as flexible lead-throughs, central auxiliary material racks, and tooling fixtures are available according to the characteristics of the workpiece. More functions can be designed and manufactured according to processing needs.
